Unimportant Bio Trivia
Born: Ireland Army Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky. August 30, 1972. Hey man, don't blame me. Dad was in the Army and was stationed there at the time. My family's all from upstate New York, and I only spent four months in KY before we moved (back) there. But yes, Dad did get to see the gold.
Raised: Vestal, NY. In the heart of Upstate, just across the river from Binghamton. Summers with my grandparents in Skaneateles or Thousand Island Park.
Height: 187 cm (figure it out, metricophobes)
Weight: 84 88 90 kg (man, those postcollegiate years really take their toll, don't they?)
Eyes: Brown/Green
Hair: Brown, though I'm already greying.
Teeth: 29. Long story.
Immediate Family: my parents are both retired; my father William was a lawyer, and my mother Gail ran the Parking and Traffic bureau at Binghamton University. My sister Kathleen Wolin is a professor of public health at Washington University in St. Louis.
Education: Bachelor of Arts from my beloved alma mater, Wesleyan University. Preceding Wesleyan's red-and-black was the green and gold of my less-beloved high school. (Yeah, I know, our mascot really should have been the "Virgins".)
Pets: My wife is a veterinarian, so I live with three zillion animals.
(I brought to the marriage two beloved spider plants, named Kateri and
Isodore for self-evident reasons,
and I inherited a tree of unknown palm-like species I've named Giles.)
Favorite Flavor of Jello: lime.
IFD XONK: IFD XONK.
Species: I am not a desert mouse.
